Lacks basic feature to upload a photo
Why does this app lack a very basic feature in allowing me to upload a photo of my issue.
I need to upload a photo of something in the garage but there is no signal there so it doesn't make sense for me to open the app and take a photo then and there..
Also, why does it only allow you to take only one photo? Do they think everything I need the maintenance crew to work on will be captured in one picture?
Needs A Lot
App crashes/only live updates half the time. I have to close and reopen the app constantly to get up to date feed.
When trying to add comments to open work orders, the screen constantly zooms in or out and prevents the user from scrolling as well, effectively making 1/3 of the app impossible to see or interact with as it's completely off screen. This includes the send button when typing as well as actually seeing what I'm typing. Both are off screen. Have to close and reopen app for this as well.
These should be very simple to fix but basically make the app ridiculous to have to use.
Quick and Efficient
I like the fact that I can submit a request and have maintenance quickly know what needs to be done, especially when you can provide a photo of what needs to be fixed. The only downside is that the ability to select from your photo library is not yet available. But other than that a simple app to use. Love to see it!
